MARKÉTA KOŘÍNKOVÁ TAPLIN
M. is a production designer working across feature films, television and commercials.
With a background in fine art and educated at FAMU Prague and the National Film and Television School, her work reflects both Central European and British cinematic traditions, informed by extensive international production experience.
From independent auteur cinema to large-scale studio television, she moves between historical, contemporary and imagined worlds, creating distinctive environments with a visual language unique to each project.
Her work includes Apple TV+'s The Buccaneers, ITV's The Confessions of Frannie Langton, the BIFA-nominated feature Undergods, alongside commercials for leading brands. She has designed projects across more than twenty countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
